One page equals maximum 250 words. For documents longer than 250 words, divide your total word count by 250 to determine the number of pages. Be accurate with page counts, as additional charges may apply if you underreport.

DIY Lite subscribers receive responses within 2 business days maximum. DIY Plus subscribers get priority support with responses within 1 business day. Full Lodgement clients receive priority support throughout their application process.
